My name is Tajda and I’m incredibly honored that you’re here.

If you are reading this, there’s a good chance that:

  • you feel stuck, unfulfilled, or unhappy - whether that’s in your personal life, career, relationships, self-love

  • you know deep inside that you want more from life, that you have dreams you want to achieve and share with the world

  • you can feel that you’re not living your purpose and that you have more to give

  • you know that something needs to change

  • but you’re not sure how to go from where you are to where you truly want to be.

I know exactly how you feel.

Five years ago I was stuck in a career I didn’t enjoy, I had lost my spark and my aliveness, I was tired and exhausted most of the time, and I felt like I had no power, no time or energy to start building another career. I was doing all the “right” things, but I wasn’t happy at all.

I had graduated in Law in Slovenia, got my Master's Degree (MA) in Journalism in England, and then landed a marketing job in Germany. Despite my strong academic background, a part of me felt insecure and lacked confidence - this was my first time working in a different country & I wasn’t yet fluent in the language.

I was just grateful that I got a job that was even remotely connected to my studies. I remember thinking to myself “Ok Tajda, you're an adult now and this is what the rest of your life is going to look like.”

Fast forward 2,5 years later - after pushing myself to stay somewhere I didn’t like and managing projects that I didn’t enjoy (or if I’m being honest, didn’t really understand, #bless), I finally had the courage to hand in my resignation. I felt no connection to the work I was doing and was just surviving another day in the office, waiting for the weekend. By the time I quit, there was no spark left in me. My mind and my body were hurting. I was experiencing burnout, which really forced me to take a step back and reassess what I wanted to do with my life.

At one point, coaching came into my world. Randomly (or was it? 😊), my mom saw an ad for a coaching certification and said “You’d be great for this. You’re such a good listener, you always help your friends, meditate during fights, motivate people.” Before that, I had never ever thought that I could create my own business doing something I loved and I knew that this was the right path because, after a loooong time, I could feel a spark light up again.

I hung on to that spark for dear life and that was really the moment when I took leadership over where my life was going to go: I woke up out of my default state and started to consciously create the life I wanted (I’m looking at my old vision board as I’m writing this and I still get chills because it all came true!).

The next 6 months I just spent getting back my energy and recovering from burnout. I had some money saved up and I invested the majority in my coaching certifications, online courses, and programs. I decided to get coaching myself, and that was the best decision of my life.

I felt a lot of shame around asking for professional support + for changing careers (going from law to journalism to marketing and now coaching), but two weeks into coaching I felt so much of the weight was lifted off my shoulders. It felt incredible to have someone by my side who could guide me, help me access my own wisdom and support me in creating the life + relationships that I actually wanted.

I integrated a daily mindfulness practice (meditating, gratitude, journaling), I started to bring more fun and ease into my life, did regular yoga and after I got my energy back and gave myself permission to go after what I truly wanted (helping people find joy and fulfillment + creating what they really wanted through coaching + being my own boss + having more freedom in my life + working from different locations and from my laptop) - all of that radically improved my life. I felt like my life finally had a meaning, my spark was getting stronger and stronger, life felt exciting, playful, creative and I was happy.

I went on to get several coaching trainings and got certified as a Mastery Method Coach™, started working 1:1 with people and hosting personal growth workshops around personal leadership, confidence, conscious relationships, empowerment. It wasn’t easy to make the first step and start from scratch. But for me there was no alternative. If I wanted to feel happy & fulfilled & on purpose, this was it and I just had to go for it and trust.

If you recognize yourself in this story, know that it’s ok for your journey to have twists and turns (in fact, those can be the greatest gifts we receive), that it’s ok to change your mind, change your relationships, change your career and it’s ok to want something different, to want more.

Life is meant to be full of change (change is the only constant, right?) and we naturally outgrow things. It’s just about giving ourselves permission to follow our spark and to be with ourselves in a compassionate way as we deal with that change.

Now I can honestly say that I’ve never been happier. Every day I get to do what I love, I’ve never had better relationships in my life, I feel fulfilled, confident, on purpose, and living the life I want. And I know that whatever my next dream is, I can make it happen (and so can you!). That’s not to say there aren’t challenging days because there are (lots of them :)). It’s just that I now have the tools and resources to navigate them completely differently than before and that really changes EVERYTHING.

I’m incredibly fortunate to have been able to help hundreds of people consciously create a life THEY dream of - whether that’s changing their career, starting their dream business, creating a conscious and fulfilling relationship, feeling more confident & empowered in their work & life, feeling more fulfilled… and navigate big changes in their life with grace and in their power.

I’m able to do that because I have a unique and powerful “inside out” approach, which allows me to go to the root of what’s holding my clients back from creating a life of their dreams, and supports them in creating long-lasting and sustainable transformations. Plus, this way feels easier, more aligned and it’s just more productive.

I help my clients:

  • create an aligned vision for their life and get clear on what matters to them most

  • question the beliefs that have them stuck where they currently are

  • rebuild the connection and trust with themselves

  • reprogram unconscious patterns that drive 90% of their behaviour

  • create a life, relationship or career they really want, not what they may have been told to want

It has become my life’s mission to help even more individuals like you that want to consciously create what they truly want and courageously follow their dreams. With individual coaching you are held in a safe and supportive container so you can take your life, relationship and career to the next level and wake up happy, fulfilled and on purpose.

If you feel called to learn more, I would be honored to help you with overcoming whatever is stopping you from living your dream life so that you can start consciously creating the life, relationship, career, and projects you want. Send me an email and share with me WHY this is important to you right now and we can connect in a complimentary clarity session to see whether individual coaching is the right fit for you.

Wherever you are today, know that you are fully supported in your dreams and that the life you dream of IS possible for you! Not only that, when you are courageous enough to follow your dreams, you inspire others to do the same and you contribute to the well-being of the world.
