Why Visualization Works
Visualization is a simple but incredibly powerful tool to turn your dreams into reality. It’s where magic meets science! When you imagine what you want, do it often, and feel positive emotions while doing it, you’re embedding that vision into your subconscious mind.
Your brain takes note: This is important! It starts looking for opportunities, people, and ideas to help you make it happen. And because your subconscious has seen this vision so many times, it knows it’s safe—so instead of holding you back, it opens the path for aligned action.
How to Use This Guided Visualisation Practice To Manifest Your Dream Life
✨ Visualize at least once a day for a few minutes.
✨ Focus on one goal or desire at a time.
✨ Try it for 21 days—I challenge you! Notice the shifts, ideas, and insights that come through.
Have fun! Playfulness is key to connecting with your dreams.
Most Common Blocks with Guided Visualization
✨ If you notice resistance that may signal that you don’t believe your dream is possible. In that case, explore the limiting beliefs or fears holding you back.
✨ If you can’t see any images, you might be blocking yourself from dreaming big. It’s okay—this is an invitation to release those blocks.
✨ If you’re not feeling anything in your body, it could mean this isn’t your heart’s true desire. Tune in and ask yourself what you really want.
Surrender to the process. Hold it lightly. I promise it gets easier each time you do it. 💗
