Many of my clients have been feeling emotionally heavy over these past few weeks (and I’ve felt it too)—you know, that tightening in your chest, feeling overly sensitive, overthinking, getting easily triggered, sad, frustrated, or just off.



This meditation is for those moments.



90% of us ignore our emotions and try to push them away, but ironically, the way to free yourself of the emotional pressure is to meet it with love and acceptance.



Emotions are just energy and they move on once they are fully felt. When you do, you can breathe easy again and find your inner balance. ​💗​
